Cartoonish type design on this hand and certainly wouldn't be accused of realism however it had more functions than I anticipated. Usually remote vehicles in this price range only have a forward/backward and turn on going backwards. This hand is fully forward/backward left/right which was nice. Further one trigger changes speed and the other kicks off sound effects. It also simulates the fingers "crawling" across the floor and not just a static hand. Turns out we had a lot of fun driving this around in the house and out in the driveway. Definitely could see using this to light heartedly spook trick or treaters or party guests. The sounds fit the cartoonish look and nice that you can turn them on and off at will. Only real reason I deducted a star is, personally, I would have found it more fun if the hand looked more realistic.

This remote-controlled hand is a fun toy. It is about the same size as an adult hand, a little larger than my own. Out of the box, there is nothing realistic about this hand; however, as a light and fun toy for kids, it is about as gory as it needs to be. Pros: The fingers are animated and move around when in motion. While not very convincing, it does give a little movement to it and helps sell both the illusion and the fun. The hand has a rechargeable battery with a USB-C port, so there is no need to track down batteries. That is a plus. The controller, however, requires batteries. Cons: The hand needs a flat surface to roll, severely limiting where it can operate. It goes great on our hardwood floors, but struggles on other surfaces. Also, the smiling mouth painted on it makes no sense to me. Seriously, why is there a sinister grin on the back of a hand? (But then again, why is a disembodied hand crawling around anyway?) Ultimately, this is a fun toy. It invokes the fun of Thing from The Addams Family or Ash's disembodied hand from Evil Dead II. While not realistic in any way, it is a fun Halloween toy.

These were fun I ordered 2 of them so multiple kids can play with them together. I really like the fact that the hand is rechargeable and you only need to replace batteries in the controllers
